Transmed in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage supplier vouchers and related entries using JD Edwards ERP. The role covers processing invoices, maintaining payable balances, and ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines.

Key duties include reconciliations, bank entries, and supporting process improvements within the AP team. Fluency in English and a degree in accounting are required, with 0–2 years of accounting experience preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in accounting is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Process non-goods and goods supplier payable vouchers in JD Edwards ERP to ensure accurate entries.
• Books all service providers and local vendors payable vouchers with correct expenditures and payable balances.
• Prepare monthly statements of payable accounts and reconcile balances in the system.
• Maintain control over payable processes and ensure timely debit of claimable amounts.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure proper approvals before recording in ERP.
• Record and reconcile monthly bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
• Review existing AP processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Reconcile GL accounts and prepare monthly schedules.
• Record petty cash expenses as per the head of expenses.

Educación

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or similar field

Master's Degree in Accounting is a plus
