UAE Job Alert is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team and manage the end-to-end payment cycle in a Dubai-based office. You will oversee invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payments while ensuring policy compliance and strong vendor relationships.

The role requires 4–6 years in AP, 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and hands-on ERP experience (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP). Strong Excel and internal controls knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of accounts payable experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficient in AP workflows and accounting principles.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the accounts payable team, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
• Oversee the AP lifecycle—invoice intake, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and corporate card expenses.
• Reconcile AP aging reports and resolve discrepancies or overdue accounts.
• Enforce and maintain compliance with AP policies and internal controls.
• Serve as the point of contact for vendor payment issues and interdepartmental coordination.
• Prepare month-end AP reports, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist in audit processes by providing supporting documentation and timely responses.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP operations and implement process improvements.
• Manage vendor setup, documentation, and compliance validation.
