You will review supporting documents for corporate cards, petty cash, and government portal transactions, raise purchase requisitions for urgent needs, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist in month-end closing to reconcile advances and SOAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

Responsabilités

• Manage employee expense claims and accounts.
• Coordinate banking communications and administrative activities.
• Resolve supplier SOA discrepancies and monitor government portal accounts.
• Raise Purchase Requisitions for urgent non-inventory needs and process system receipts.
• Coordinate month-end closing activities and ensure timely vendor payments.
