International Uniforms LLC in Al Ain, UAE is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on ERP experience (Odoo, SAP, TALLY, Zoho) to support daily accounting operations and ERP-based financial workflows. The role requires ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial records and reports.

The ideal candidate will handle AP/AR, invoicing, closing processes, VAT documentation, and coordination with management to optimize ERP-based processes.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting fundamentals and ERP-driven workflows.
• Experience with Odoo, SAP, TALLY, and ZOHO.
• UAE VAT knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Perform bank and supplier account reconciliations.
• Support VAT documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with management to improve ERP-based accounting processes.
• Generate financial reports PL, Balance Sheet, Aging reports.
• Maintain organized financial and administrative records.
• Assist with procurement, inventory, and basic HR coordination.
• Handle general office administration and reporting tasks.
• Support management with day-to-day operational requirements.
