Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead a portfolio of medical sector clients, build long-term relationships, and drive value across multiple touchpoints.

You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure customer-focused solutions while delivering progress updates to executives and teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management.
• Experience in working with the medical sector (Pharma, medical equipment, or similar).
• Communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to achieve client objectives.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Manage multiple account management projects with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle complex negotiations and situations.
• Experience in using CRM.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
• Generate, develop, and convert leads
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Develop trusted partnership relations with key accounts across multiple touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations
• Undertake full responsibility for a portfolio of products and services targeted at the medical sector
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management
• Experience in working with the medical sector (Pharma, medical equipment, or similar)
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-Suite
• Experience delivering customer-focused solutions to achieve client objectives
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Ability to handle complex negotiations and complex situations
• Experience in using CRM
