Job summary

SELECTED RECRUITMENT is partnering with a leading global financial solutions provider to recruit an experienced Internal Sales Manager for their Dubai operation. You will play a key role in supporting the commercial function, managing customer and partner relationships, and ensuring sales requests are handled efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion.

You should be highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple requests and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with previous experience within sales, client services or a similar commercial environment.

• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence working with CRM/internal systems are essential.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming sales requests and reviewing requirements
• Supporting customers and business partners throughout the sales process
• Preparing and managing relevant documentation
• Handling customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintaining accurate information across internal systems
• Supporting contract administration and settlement processes
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and external partners
• Ensuring internal processes and service standards are consistently maintained

The Role
