Job summary

Octave is seeking an Account Development Representative in Dubai, operating in a hybrid setup to drive pipeline growth. You will identify and qualify opportunities, schedule introductory meetings, and collaborate with Account Executives to bring in new customers.

The role emphasizes outbound strategies, relationship building, and adherence to Salesforce processes within Inside Sales, with opportunities for growth and mentorship in a global team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills across written and verbal formats.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Knowledge of ABM and modern sales methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with Account Executives.
• Host initial engagement calls to assess needs and next steps.
• Meet SAL quotas as per annual compensation plan.
• Develop social prospecting, social selling, and email outreach strategies.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
• Understand Octave's ALI product offerings and buyer personas.
