Job summary

Octave is seeking an Account Director to drive new account development and expand existing relationships within the Safety, Infrastructure and Geospatial space across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This hybrid role targets executive-level engagements and multi-product opportunities.

You will lead solution selling, define business value for clients, manage tenders and long sales cycles, and mentor associate sales professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in tech sales and business development.
• 7+ years selling in oil & gas, government, or critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and expand existing ones in SIG sectors.
• Engage with C-level executives and manage large deals.
• Lead multi-product sales and negotiations.
• Mentor associate account sales team.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with partners and integrators.
