Job summary

The Greater Change in Dubai is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to drive enrolment and revenue growth for our learning programs. You will develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans, work with schools and educational partners, and lead the center’s growth efforts.

You will manage CRM-driven relationships with students and parents, oversee lead generation with agencies, and use social media to build brand awareness while tracking campaign performance and optimizing

Qualifications

• Experience managing Learning Centers, sales, and business development.
• Experience with educational institutes and developing business through schools and other education institutions.
• Excellent sales and interpersonal communication to help admissions.
• CRM experience and cultivating client relationships with partners.
• Prior teaching experience in Science is a must.
• Managing lead generation with marketing agencies or teams.
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.

• Analyzing market trends and pricing strategies to improve sales/marketing.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate and have prior experience in sales and marketing.

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive enrolment and revenue growth for our learning programs.

Job requirements

• Should have experience managing Learning Centers, sales, and business development.
• Should necessarily have experience working with educational institutes and developing Business through schools and other education institutions.
• Excellent Sales and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents to help the institute close admissions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
• Teaching Experience - Have Prior experience in teaching any subject of Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
• Managing the lead generation process with marketing agencies or teams.
• Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing sales proposals.
• Utilizing social media platforms to garner customer interest and create brand awareness.
• Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches.
• Analyzing market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period
• Center Manager able to manage independently centers responsibilities (Sales and Business Development) and attrition Control of the Center, implement processes .

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Science and B.Ed
• Proven 10+ experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Extensive experience in leading successful marketing initiatives.
• Experience with CRM systems, Zoho, and sales analytics tools.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated, proactive, and good team handling skills.
• Prior teaching experience in Science is a must.
