Job summary

AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented Advisor Safety, Health & Environment (Site) to lead safety programs at our Abu Dhabi site. You will develop and implement safety policies, conduct inspections, and drive a robust safety culture across management and staff.

With 7+ years of relevant experience, you will investigate incidents, maintain records, and collaborate with authorities to stay aligned with UAE regulations and international standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in occupational health and safety advisory or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE & GCC safety regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, hazard identification and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain safety, health and environmental programs across site operations.
• Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare safety documentation and reports for regulatory compliance.
