Qualifications

• Strong real estate sales experience with ability to meet targets.
• Solid understanding of real estate principles and practices.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market, regulations and trends.
• Proficiency with CRM and basic digital tools.
• Ethical, independent yet collaborative, with a results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi/French/Russian are a plus.
