Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Real Estate Broker to join our on-site team. The role covers client advisory for purchases, sales, rentals and investments, with responsibilities including property evaluations, market insights, negotiations, and industry relationship building.

Based in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, you will stay informed on market trends and local regulations to provide top-tier guidance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Formación

• Proven direct sales experience in the Real Estate Industry
• At least 1 year experience in the Abu Dhabi Real Estate market
• Track record of sales in Abu Dhabi and Dubai
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE market
• UAE driving license and a car

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with property purchases, sales, rentals and investments
• Conduct property evaluations and provide market insights
• Negotiate on behalf of clients and build relationships within the industry
• Deliver exceptional customer service and stay informed about market trends and local regulations
