Job summary
Wood is seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer based in Abu Dhabi to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for its PMC projects. This fully office-based role focuses on robust cost control, schedule integration and KPI reporting.
You will coordinate with Finance, HR and Project teams, manage invoicing and contractual requirements, and drive continuous improvement in project performance using tools like Primavera P6, MS Project and Power BI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
- 5–6 years of project controls experience in EPC/construction.
- Strong scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project for scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly invoicing for PMC projects.
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
- Produce CVR/PMR and KPI dashboards.
- Monitor variances and provide corrective actions.
- Coordinate with SAP/Oracle and other systems.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and audits.
