Wood PLC is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager (PCM) to oversee project controls across a portfolio of projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with expertise in managing project controls for large projects.

This role involves establishing compliance with procedures, preparing management reports, and leading risk management processes. The position offers a competitive remuneration package and commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years’ experience within the oil & gas sector.
• Experience in Project Controls Management on large projects.
• Ability to make independent judgments in resolving quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish and ensure compliance with Project Services & Controls procedures.
• Prepare management and project reports in coordination with teams.
• Lead the risk management process for the project team.
