Job summary

Wood is seeking a Head of Project Controls to lead the project controls function across the business grouping in Abu Dhabi. You will set strategy, govern standards, and drive continuous improvement to enable consistent delivery excellence.

You will lead planning, scheduling, cost control, risk analysis, and change management across large oil, gas and energy projects, while building capability and delivering value for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership of project controls teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Controls function across the business grouping.
• Develop and implement planning, cost control, and reporting standards.
• Monitor schedule, cost, risk, and change across projects.
• Provide governance and assurance to ensure delivery excellence.
• Coach and develop the Project Controls team.
