Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent; master's preferred.
• Advanced expertise across Planning, Scheduling, Cost Control and Estimating.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Project Controls function across the Business Grouping.
• Develop and implement the functional strategy in line with corporate standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure consistent project delivery excellence.
• Lead multidisciplinary Project Controls teams and manage governance.
