Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our project controls team in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor, analyze, forecast, and control project costs to ensure budget compliance and optimal resource use across large-scale EPC projects.

You will develop budgets, track expenditures, perform variance analysis, and provide transparent reporting to support decision-making and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Control, Project Controls, or Project Cost Management.
• Experience on large-scale Oil & Gas, Civil Engineering, or Power projects is preferred.
• Proven ability in cost forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor expenditures and analyze cost performance vs. budget.
• Evaluate cost impacts of changes and variations; adjust forecasts accordingly.
• Prepare Cost-to-Complete, Cash Flow Forecasts, and Budget Performance reports.
