Responsibilities

• Anticipate all guest needs and handle inquiries.
• Participate in the day-to-day Bell desk operations.
• Know hotel products and services, including rooms, rates, outlets, spa and promotions.
• Ensure lobby area is clean and tidy at all times.
• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide luggage storage.
• Coordinate delivery of messages and items to guest rooms.
• Assist guests requiring special attention.
• Complete shift duties per shift checklist.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements (taxi, private vehicles, limousines).
• Assist other areas of the hotel as required.
