Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a guest-focused team member to support restaurant operations. You will take orders, assist guests with menu items, and ensure smooth service across all dining areas.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Knowledge of food, beverages, and menu items.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• To work as a team with colleagues in all departments, to ensure timely service and a smooth running operation.
• To understand and adhere to all hotel policies and SOPs with regard to guest service, how to run the operation, and personal discipline and grooming.
• Check out with your Supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.
• To have a full knowledge of the services and facilities provided by the hotel in order to answer any questions the guests may have.
• Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.
• Follow all reasonable work-related requests by a Manager or Supervisor to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Maintain your station in accordance with standards at all times.
• Develop a complete knowledge of menus.
• Learn and correctly use the POS equipment and follow procedures.
• Maintain strict security measures when entering guest rooms and respect privacy.
• Actively participate in training meetings to continually develop professional skills and guest satisfaction.
• Check corridors for trays when returning from Room Service orders.
• Clean and break down trays in dish area, watching for condiments and seasonings.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
