Job summary

ADNOC Distribution seeks a senior leader to own third‑party development within its Mobility Hub strategy. You will originate and structure opportunities, acting as the single point of contact for developers and investors, coordinating commercial, technical, and governance requirements.

You will drive end-to-end contract processes, manage risk and approvals, and align site readiness with operations. Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, real estate or related field.
• Experience leading commercial real estate or mobility projects with multi-party stakeholders.
• Strong capability in creating and evaluating commercial models and term sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end 3P origination and commercial structuring.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to validate business cases and approvals.
• Manage contract lifecycle from RFI/RFP to definitive agreements.
