Job summary

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking an Operations Control Room Supervisor in Abu Dhabi to lead 24/7 control room activities, oversee dispatch, manage field operations and ensure continuous service delivery. The role focuses on data validation, KPI tracking, and incident management within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in control room or fleet operations.
• Experience supervising operational teams in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of UAE labour regulations and HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise control room personnel and enforce procedures.
• Monitor vehicle dispatch, manpower allocation, and attendance.
• Track real-time field operations and service delivery performance.
• Manage driver schedules, working hours, rest periods, and leave.
• Coordinate emergency responses and incident management.
• Ensure data collection, validation, and reporting with documentation.
• Monitor HSE compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee Vehicle Check Reports (VCR) and actions.
• Coordinate with fleet and maintenance teams for readiness.
• Verify permits, licenses, and approvals for service continuity.
• Support audits with accurate records and system integrity.
• Prepare operational reports and insights on trends.
