Job summary

Work standard is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will handle administrative duties, train and support team members, and help resolve customer inquiries while identifying efficiency improvements. This position offers opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a supervisor or manager preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Proven problem solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the business.
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Performing administrative duties such as filing paperwork and updating records.
• Training new employees on company policies and procedures.
• Assisting in resolving customer complaints or other issues that may arise from time to time.
• Identifying areas for improvement in efficiency or customer service.
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone or email.
