Candidates must have a diploma in Food Preparation & Cooking (NQF6) and at least 1 year of experience in a catering environment. Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans are essential, along with the ability to train various audiences. Qualifications

  • 1 year experience as a Chef in a catering & delicatessen environment.
  • Able to train and demonstrate to various audiences.
  • Knowledge of FSSC, H & S, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

  • Train clients and sales representatives.
