About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Transition & Platform Deployment Lead to oversee end‑to‑end platform implementations for major enterprise customers. You’ll partner with business leaders, manage Agile delivery, and ensure seamless platform transitions while articulating the business case and value proposition behind each solution. From defining project scope to managing risks, delivering within budget, and supporting clients post‑go‑live, you'll be pivotal in delivering successful outcomes. A key part of the role will also involve supporting new business pursuits, developing transition roadmaps, and contributing to thought leadership content.

Requirements and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, sponsors, and key stakeholders to drive adoption of transition initiatives.
  • Lead end‑to‑end platform transitions, including planning, execution, and post‑deployment support, using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transition existing client platforms to new solutions, clearly communicating value and business benefits.
  • Develop and maintain sprint backlogs, project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Integrate automation, analytics, re‑engineering and domain expertise into product solutions to create best‑in‑class offerings.
  • Ensure all transitions meet service level agreements and proactively manage risks through Agile frameworks.
  • Lead governance and reporting to internal leadership and client teams, ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies including Generative AI, machine learning, mobility and dynamic analytics, and understand their applications in platform development.
  • Support client visits and demonstrations related to new platform deployments.
  • Provide transition solutions and strategic roadmaps for new deals and pursuits.
  • Contribute to thought leadership including white papers, collateral development, and best‑practice showcases.
  • Maintain and grow professional knowledge through continuous learning and networking.
Key Requirements
  • 12+ years’ total experience, including at least 8 years in project management with proven results in platform deployment or transitions.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions from concept to completion; project management certification preferred.
  • Strong preference for experience within the insurance or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven capability in packaging and presenting solutions to stakeholders and clients.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
