As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

• Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok.
• This includes acquiring new digital customers for remittance and card sales, re-marketing to our existing customer base to continue to transact or be upsold, driving brand awareness digitally and driving our less-digital customers to our agents.
• You'll be expected to collaborate with internal teams to develop ideas, brief creative and create tailored marketing initiatives that support acquisition and engagement goals.
• We assist you by taking you on field trips in order for you to understand our various corridors and different customers.
• Manage campaign budgets for a desired return on investment depending on the corridor or the market size.
• Own end-to-end performance strategy, including budget planning, channel mix, and campaign structure.
• Develop new ideas for how we can improve our bidding, run A/B tests to prove out new ideas, identify segments that require different messages and monitor competitors to understand where we can improve.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of messaging, user experience, and goals.

Experience & qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in a performance marketing or growth marketing role, ideally in fintech, or a startup environment.
• Strong track record managing app campaigns, paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.
• We want to know how you delivered growth and measured it.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok and Google Analytics.
• SQL skills are desirable and strong sheets skills are a requirement as you will need to measure performance and find opportunities in the data.
• A desire to grow and learn but also collaborate so the business wins not just paid marketing.
• An ability to explain complex ideas in a simple manner so everyone can understand how performance marketing works and assist you in making it successful.
• A willingness to try new things and an entrepreneurial mindset that takes ownership.
• A passion for impact-driven work and reaching underserved communities.
