- Support and manage cross‑functional projects from planning to delivery.
- Drive Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and visualize data to support smarter decision‑making.
- Contribute to innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization.
- Education: Exposure or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Data Analytics – preferred.
- Experience: Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/graduate program experience.
- Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar) is an advantage.
