What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage billing for 3rd party payers, including Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Medicare D plans
- Prepare monthly billing for Nursing Home invoices and Private Pay statements
- Re-bill accounts as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Handle phone inquiries professionally and courteously
- Assist with Hospice Account setup and perform other tasks as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of Medical Billing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in typing and computer usage

- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
