Approve or refine AI-generated replies
Handle order, shipping, and return-related tickets
Flag unusual patterns or trends to internal teams
Requirements:
2+ years in customer support (preferably e-commerce)
Strong written English
Willingness to work weekends as part of your 5-day schedule
