A prominent consulting firm is seeking a Certified Wirtgen Mechanic / Technician in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. The role involves servicing and maintaining Wirtgen Group machinery, troubleshooting issues, and performing hands-on repairs in the field and shop. Candidates must have a Trade Certificate and Wirtgen Certification. This is a great opportunity to join a big player in the construction industry.
Formación
- Must have a Trade Certificate.
- Wirtgen Certification essential.
- Experience with road construction machinery preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Service and maintain Wirtgen Group machinery.
- Keep road construction equipment in excellent condition.
- Troubleshoot hydraulics and electrics.
- Work hands-on in field and shop.

Our client, a BIG player in the Construction industry requires a CERTIFIED Wirtgen Mechanic / Technician for various machines in their fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining Wirtgen Group machinery (think Vögele, Hamm, Kleemann, and Wirtgen itself!)
- Keeping the road construction equipment in tip-top shape
- Troubleshooting hydraulics, electrics, and all things that go vroom
- Working hands-on in the field and shop
A trade Certificate as well as Wirtgen Certification essential.
