Our client is a dynamic creative services agency looking for a Project Manager who can balance creative workflows with commercial delivery. This role is all about connecting the dots – between clients, creative professionals, and internal processes – to make sure that projects run smoothly and deliver real impact.

- Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project goals, scope, milestones, and timelines
- Planning and allocating resources across designers, animators, copywriters, and suppliers
- Tracking project progress and ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget
- Preparing proposals, costings, and managing budgets (including supplier costs and internal hours)
- Overseeing client communications and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitating meetings, brainstorms, and daily team check-ins
- Identifying risks or obstacles early and addressing them decisively
- Keeping project management tools (Asana, Monday, etc.) up to date
- Bridging creative and production workflows to ensure smooth delivery and quality outputs
- Supporting management and creative directors in driving projects forward
- Proactively spotting opportunities for revenue growth
- Solid project management experience in creative services (branding, social, web)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in G Suite (or equivalent)
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar)
- Ability to deliver under pressure with quick turnarounds
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Commercial mindset with confidence in managing budgets
- Calm, resilient, and solutions-focused
- Bonus points if you..
- Have experience with animation and brand design projects
- Bring strong writing and editing skills
