A leading Compliance Firm in Johannesburg seeks a qualified individual to manage compliance processes and oversee legal obligations for the Board. Candidates should have a degree in Law or Accounting, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a Code 8 driver’s license. The role includes managing the compliance process, ensuring statistics integrity, and providing general management oversight.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 qualification required.
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in the Legal & Compliance industry.
- 3 years of experience in middle management required.
- Code 8 driver’s license needed.
Responsabilités
- Manage the compliance process within Legal Obligations – Phase 1.
- Manage the compliance process within Legal Obligations – Phase 2.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of statistics.
- Oversee compliance of the Board with all relevant Acts and regulations.
- Maintain and manage the Board’s database.
- Provide general management and administrative oversight.

This position reports to : Executive Manager

- Appropriate Degree in Law / Accounting
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in the Legal & Compliance industry of which 3 years must be in middle management
- Code 8 driver’s license
