Our client in Gauteng is seeking an Area Manager for Johannesburg and Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a Matric (Grade 12 qualification be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (with a third language being an advantage) and hold a National Diploma in Retail or Business Management. With 35 years of retail experience the successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement project management and workforce scheduling and handling IR matters. A key part of the role will be ensuring health & safety compliance conducting audits and enforcing storelevel policy adherence. The candidate should be proactive resultsdriven and able to work independently or as part of a team demonstrating strong integrity analytical thinking and effective communication skills. The role also requires high energy punctuality and the ability to stand for extended periods.
