- The "Builder" Mindset: You must be a hands‑on practitioner. We are looking for 5+ years of experience where you have personally written the code (Python/SQL) to solve problems, rather than just managing others who do it.
- Academic Rigour: A background in "hard" sciences is highly preferred—Engineering, Physics, Actuarial Science, or Mathematics.
- Consulting DNA: You must demonstrate the resilience and adaptability to work in a client-facing consulting environment, managing expectations and delivering under pressure.
