Qualifications

• 5+ years in short-term insurance pricing, including modelling and deployment.
• Experience in project management and senior actuarial advisory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, assess, and optimize pricing strategies.
• Lead complex pricing projects and integrate actuarial analysis into decision-making.
• Guide portfolio performance analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the pricing team.
• Oversee pricing tools and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Provide actuarial support and reporting for strategic initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Underwriting, IT, Claims, Sales, and external partners.
