Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Youth Work, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience working directly with young people in a youth work or similar capacity.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and the challenges faced by youth.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and group work skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging workshops and activities for youth, focusing on life skills, career exploration, and personal growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase youth participation in community programs.
• Build positive relationships with young people, offering guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and community leaders to support youth well-being.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth programs, making adjustments as needed.
• Organize and promote community events and outreach activities targeting young people.
