Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Education, Youth Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth work, program coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, in Pretoria.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage youth-focused programs and activities, including workshops and mentorship initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and mentors involved in youth programs.
• Assess the needs of young people and tailor program content accordingly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with youth, parents, schools, and community partners.
• Track program progress, gather feedback, and produce reports on outcomes and impact.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
