Qualifications

• A qualification in Social Sciences, Education, Youth Work, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with youth in a community, educational, or recreational setting.
• Passion for youth development and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and occasional weekends.
• Knowledge of resources and opportunities available to youth in the Paarl region.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging youth development programs and activities.
• Mentor and support young people in achieving their personal, educational, and career goals.
• Facilitate workshops on life skills, leadership, conflict resolution, and career readiness.
• Connect youth with educational, vocational training, and employment opportunities.
