Placements24 is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead youth empowerment initiatives in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will develop and manage programs that foster skill development, educational support, and personal growth for young people, while collaborating with schools, community leaders, and volunteers for meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a youth development related field.
• Proven experience coordinating or managing youth-focused programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and logistics management.
• Passion for youth development and making a difference in the Eastern Cape.
• Ability to engage diverse youth and adults effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement youth empowerment programs aligned with goals.
• Coordinate workshops, mentoring sessions and recreational events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program facilitators and volunteers.
• Manage program logistics to ensure smooth delivery to youth.
• Monitor progress and collect data to assess impact and improvements.
• Build relationships with youth, schools, and community stakeholders in Queenstown.
