Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Youth Development Coordinator to lead programs in Centurion, Gauteng. The role focuses on empowering young people through education, recreation, and life-skills initiatives, with flexible remote-friendly arrangements and on-site activities in Centurion.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage programs that improve employability and social responsibility, while collaborating with schools, NGOs, and government bodies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with strong foundation in youth development.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging youth programs and activities.
• Experience engaging with schools, NGOs, and government bodies is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage youth development programs in Centurion and surrounding areas.
• Facilitate workshops on life skills, career readiness, and personal development.
• Engage with local youth to understand needs and aspirations.
• Build partnerships with schools, NGOs, community centers, and youth orgs.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and management.
• Develop content and resources for youth initiatives.
• Monitor progress, collect feedback, and report outcomes and impact.
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient resource use.
• Advocate for youth needs at community forums and events.
• Stay updated on best practices in youth development and social work.
