Responsibilities

Design and implement youth development programs and activities.
Engage directly with young people to understand their needs and aspirations.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership, career guidance, and life skills.
Collaborate with local schools, community centers, and other youth-serving organizations.
Identify and connect youth with educational, employment, and mentoring opportunities.
Monitor program participation and outcomes, reporting on progress.
Recruit and support volunteers involved in youth programs.
Ensure programs are inclusive, safe, and supportive for all participants.
Act as a positive role model and mentor for young people.
Stay informed about current trends and best practices in youth development.
