Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in youth work, program management, or community development.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and the challenges facing young people.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups of young people and stakeholders.
• Experience in conflict resolution and behavior management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive youth development programs, including educational, recreational, and life-skills activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and mentors working with youth.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on leadership, career readiness, and personal development.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, community centers, and other youth-serving organizations.
• Monitor program effectiveness, collect data, and prepare reports on outcomes and impact.
• Provide individual guidance and support to youth participants, addressing their needs and challenges.
