Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Youth Development, Social Work, Education, or a related field.
• Experience in youth work, mentoring, or community program coordination is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mentorship programs for diverse youth populations.
• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions focusing on goal setting and life skills.
• Connect youth with educational institutions, training programs, and local opportunities in Rustenburg.
• Organize workshops to enhance self-esteem, communication, and conflict resolution.
