Qualifications

• Qualification in youth development, social work, education, or community development is advantageous.
• Experience facilitating, coaching or mentoring youth.
• Understanding of adolescent psychology and development.
• Strong facilitation, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver workshops focused on life skills, leadership, career readiness and personal development for youth.
• Facilitate group discussions, team-building activities and one-on-one mentoring sessions.
• Identify youth needs and adapt content accordingly.
• Collaborate with schools, community centres and organisations to promote participation.
• Create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for all youth.
• Monitor engagement and progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
• Assist in organising and executing outreach events and youth forums.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities, attendance and outcomes.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in youth development.
• Contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement of programs.
