Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Community Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in youth work, facilitation, or program management.
• Demonstrated experience in curriculum development and workshop facilitation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Understanding of adolescent psychology and youth development principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
