Placements24 invites applications for a Youth Development Program Officer to design, implement and manage engaging programs that foster personal growth, leadership and career readiness among youth in Mahikeng, North West.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in Social Work, Education or related field, and at least 3 years' experience with youth, strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, plus the ability to monitor and report on outcomes.

• Demonstrated understanding of adolescent psychology and development.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in program monitoring and evaluation is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

About the Role Our client, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people through education and skills development, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Youth Development Program Officer. This role is integral to designing, implementing, and managing programs that foster personal growth, leadership, and career readiness among youth in the Mahikeng, North West, ZA .
