• Experience delivering programs or coordinating youth initiatives.
• Strong communication, planning and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in hybrid team settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage youth programs focused on education, skills training, and personal development.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, mentoring sessions, and recreational activities for young people.
• Identify the needs and aspirations of local youth and tailor programs accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, community centers, and other youth-serving organizations in Richards Bay.
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers involved in youth programs.
• Monitor program effectiveness, gather feedback, and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
