Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating youth development projects or programs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with youth.
• Experience planning and delivering events or workshops.
• Proficiency in standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of youth development projects and activities.
• Engage directly with young people, schools, and community groups to facilitate participation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and funders.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and events for youth participants.
