Job summary

Midvaal Recruitment is seeking a Workshop Admin Intern in the Vaal area to support the workshop team and gain valuable experience in a busy environment.

You will manage filing, job cards, service records and data entry in internal systems while assisting with scheduling and general administration. This role requires a Matric and at least 1 year of admin experience, with SAP Business One experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is non-negotiable.
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
• Qualification in Administration, Warehouse or Logistics is advantageous.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Experience on SAP Business One is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with workshop filing, job cards and service records.
• Capture and update workshop information on internal systems.
• Follow up on outstanding workshop documentation.
• Assist with scheduling service, repair and maintenance bookings.
• Provide general administrative support to the workshop.
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and efficient workflow within the department.
