Job summary

Midvaal Recruitment is seeking a Junior SAP Business One Support Administrator / Assistant to provide day-to-day SAP B1 support and administration across the business.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of SAP Business One experience, strong Excel skills and a methodical, service-oriented mindset to help users, troubleshoot issues and manage tickets.

This is a junior role focused on learning, process improvement and user support, not development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year SAP Business One experience.
• Strong Excel and general computer literacy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line SAP Business One user support.
• Investigate and resolve routine SAP issues.
• Assist with user setup, authorizations and access.
• Manage and follow up on SAP support tickets.
• Assist with reports, data queries and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with master data, DTW activities and system testing.
• Identify recurring issues and elevate complex matters appropriately.
