Job summary

Huntswood, a ResultsCX company, is hiring Customer Service Advisors in South Africa for night shift roles within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The position offers a competitive base salary, a night shift allowance, and a completion bonus, with a short-term contract and global exposure.

Responsibilities include delivering service via webchat, voice, and email; resolving issues proactively; and building rapport to create WOW moments for customers.

Qualifications

• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Six months call centre or related experience in financial services, customer service or debit/credit card support.
• Experience in a multichannel environment (Phone/Chat/Emails).
• Basic understanding of the US market.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service via webchat, voice, and email
• Resolve issues proactively and own the outcome
• Build rapport and create WOW moments for customers

Job Requirements

• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Clear Credit and Criminal record.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum of six (6) months of call centre experience or six (6) month related experience in financial services environment, customer service or debit card or credit card support.
• Experience or demonstrated capability in a multichannel environment (Phone/Chat/Emails)
• Basic understanding and knowledge of the US market is essential.
